What is EB-3 Unskilled?

The US Government allocates 10,000 visas each year for employment-based sponsorship through EB-3 'Other Workers' for employers that have proven labor shortages in unskilled work positions.

Almost anyone from any country (except those with visa backlogs) is able to apply for the EB-3 Visa if they have an employer willing to sponsor them and are willing to work in an unskilled position.

The EB-3 'Other Workers' Visa leads directly to permanent residence green card status for you, and if applicable, your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21.

Why Does This Process Work?

More employers than ever are struggling to fill available unskilled jobs. Industries such as janitorial services, packing, food & beverage, and warehousing are suffering due to the difficulty of filling these positions.

  • The Immigration Act of 1990 created Employment Based Visas, also known as the EB Program. This act has since allowed US businesses to sponsor foreign nationals willing and qualified to work in these positions.
  • The EB-3 'Other Workers' Visa leads directly to permanent residence green card status for you and your immediate family.

Do I qualify?

  • If you have never had any previous visa violations in the United States, for example, overstaying a visa, deportation, or working without authorization, and also have a clean criminal background, the risks are very low. Although the US government routinely denies F-1, H1B, B1/B2 visas, Employment Based visas offer a more direct visa application process as the employer is petitioning for your permanent residence. American Care Professionals International Human Resources finds foreign national workers to fill job openings at U.S. companies experiencing chronic labor shortages. (ACP-IHR) works with the top immigration law firms to assist non-immigrant visa holders to adjust their visa status in the U.S. from an eligible non-immigrant visa to EB-3 permanent residency Green Card as well as those living outside of the U.S. through Consulate Process.

Our Experienced Staff

(ACP-IHR) was founded by CEO, Britt Davis Vergnolle in 2011, following a series of successful international businesses. She is joined by highly experienced team including Chris Richardson, (ACP-IHR)'s General Counsel and COO. Richardson is a practicing immigration attorney with a distinguished career as a U.S. diplomat and he is a frequent contributor to a number of publications including The New York Times, CNN, and NPR. In addition, award winning and nationally recognized CFO, Holly Lee, is on the team.

What Makes Us Unique

There are no middle-men with American Care Professionals International Human Resources. We don't work with agents or country reps. American Care Professionals International Human Resources is here to support you directly throughout the entire process. Our company is based in the United States. We do have staff members who speak Portuguese, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Urdu.

We love welcoming our clients to our office in Greenville, SC. Come visit us - our doors are always open to current and potential clients. We have also begun decorating our office with artworks created by several immigrant artists living in the Greenville area and beyond, so come check it out.

We prioritize transparency! The American Care Professionals International Human Resources team places high importance on transparency throughout the process and the current state of immigration. We always keep our clients informed on any changes in their case. We don't guarantee you a Green Card, because we know it is impossible to guarantee a U.S. Green Card. You can read out blog about that topic here. With that being said, we have thousands of happy clients and a great deal of success in achieving a U.S. Green Card. In 2020 alone (a very difficult year due to the pandemic and the administration), 108 of our clients received their Green Card and this number does not include any spouses or children of the main applicant who also received Green Cards.
